The golf sauce is a seasoning that is widely used to accompany certain foods, it is prepared based on mayonnaise and ketchup, so between its nutritional find that is rich in lycopene which gives us the tomato and antioxidants.
One tablespoon has about 75 calories and also contain saturated fat, cholesterol and sodium in high quantities.

Ingredients
1 cup mayonnaise (can be in any of its varieties, light, low fat, no cholesterol, low fat, reduced fat, etc..) 2 tablespoons ketchup, a teaspoon of lemon juice, salt and pepper at ease.

Preparation
We mix the mayonnaise with the remaining ingredients until a smooth sauce pink and good consistency, then season to taste.
